Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the homestead-ready durability is preserved.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
